FF Interests LLC (“FFI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect through the site and how we use it. We’ve kept it plain and short, because our data practices are simple.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect the details you choose to submit: your name, email address, company (optional), the area you’re interested in, and your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — to keep the site secure and running. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or profiling cookies.
How we use your information
- To read and respond to your inquiry, and to follow up about the services you asked about.
- To keep the website secure and functioning properly.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
How your information is handled
To provide the site, we rely on a few third-party services that process data only as needed to do their job:
- Contact form. When you submit the form, your message is delivered to us by email through a third-party form-processing service (Web3Forms). If that service isn’t in use, the form instead opens your own email application so you can send the message directly to us.
- Hosting. Our website is hosted by a third-party provider that processes standard server data on our behalf.
- Fonts. Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts; when they load, Google may receive your IP address as part of delivering those fonts.
How long we keep it
We keep the messages and contact details you send us for as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records, after which we delete or archive them.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve sent us by reaching out through the contact form on our website. Because we don’t set profiling cookies or run analytics, there’s nothing to opt out of for tracking.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. That said, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
Our site and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
This policy describes how the FFI website works today. It’s written in plain English and isn’t legal advice — if you need it to satisfy specific regulations for your situation, please have it reviewed by an attorney.
